A Thief In The Night

Don't build bridges that you're just going to tear down.

They aren't for you to build.

You only know how to squash love.

You aren't meant for a life of two.

Don't seek the one who will give you love

For you're not able to love back.

Better that you keep to yourself

No one would ever wish for that kind of love.

Don't steal someone's thunder.

It will come at a price

A thief in the night isn't invisible.

Eventually he gets caught and everything is revealed.

I Miss You

Tonight I miss you like never before,

I miss laying my head upon your chest.

Tonight I miss you making me smile,

I miss your cold hands making me warm.

I miss you wiping the tears from my eyes,

So their salt leaves no mark.

I also miss those mornings a long time ago,

When we were getting ready for vacation.

I miss you like dried flowers miss the water,

Taking one last breath.

Even they sometimes flourish

When watered with lots of love.

I miss you.

The Moon

The full Moon is lighting up the sky.

People say it disrupts dream,

makes you restless when you're trying to sleep.

What kind of challenges is it preparing?

Maybe it's not about the Moon,

but a secret hidden inside us.

The Moon is not that weird,

to not let us fall asleep.
