Whispers

Gazing at those brilliant stars in the finely night sky

Convincing me to loose thought of a lonely night sky.

Seeing little kids drawing various sizes of stars,

Reminding me of traveling through a comely night sky.

Sleeping on this soft couch; sleeping on grasses also,

Sweet memories will come, watching a fairly night sky.

Perhaps, traveling to a special place like Bethlehem,

There would be stories written on a lovely night sky.

And Abigail seeing Jesus will humbly ask why

Sometimes, no single star shines on the lowly night sky.

Echoes

I hear a cricket sound on a

really dark night;

perhaps singing,

or crying,

or saying some words to the sleepless.

I see the dark blue sky

still with a crescent in its womb

watching me

even more than I can watch myself_

its words are not so many:

'God is always here'

that is what I know.

Near the river,

two silver stones sleep together

either a lily

or a moss is the only enemy

that wants to grow in between them

but there's a message from the stones;

people only need you when you are important;

you can only house the homeless

when you have a home;

a cuckoo bird

has a voice that not everyone likes

but when it raises its wings,

it flies just like the other birds.

Determination is better than might

when it comes from the heart.

Here is a writer's mind:

so full of words that shout just less

and very many tears

deeper than the seas

but if you can read a word

of her mind,

or a line of her poems,

you would have learnt

that until a voice is heard,

the direction would not be known.

Let's Talk About Another Day

Night time has got so much dread!

A fat aunty would say;

Night time has got so much dread.

Night comes before a day

To account for works

Seen and unseen

Night time spreads her mat

to the pregnant dreams of a million minds

But night time won't make a noise

A single night rest won't shout or whisper

From failed facts

And unaccomplished plans

And when the year ends

And the night kisses her like a guardian angel

Another day is all the heart would want

Night time desires blue skies

When green grasses yawn

And flowers smile

With the sun so bright

Then, night time would go to sleep

And when sparrows laugh

Human lips say so many thousand things

Night time would just fret and hide

So we could talk about another day

But looking back at night time

And how famous

It drives the year to end,

Night time has got so much dread

Let's talk about another day.
