At Midnight
At midnight
the drowsiness
floats
between habit and
desire,
gravity weighs on
the neck,
and the moment
falls asleep by inertia
to revive the
dream’s wreck.
At midnight
all dramas of the
day
wear pajamas,
sighs count
stars,
and the cell
phone’s clock
resets its cycle
of life.
In the center of
my field of vision
in a drop of
water I gather the moon
to rinse the face
of the sun
that naps under
the wings of the love doves
who sleep
embraced on top of the willow
in front of my
bedroom’s window.
At midnight
silence falls
asleep in powerlessness
in the folds of
the cheek’s print
imprinted as a
dry seal
in the margins of
the pillow
that writes in
half of a dream
the day column’s
last row.
Butterflies Of The Dream
The night instead
of snowflakes
snows butterflies
on the anthers of
the dream.
In the mature
impulses of the momentum
I live the dream
and they – their
life
in a momentary
continuum.
Tonight the
butterflies of the dream
seem like
snowdrops
on the spring’s
lawn.
Scattered into
stars
they will rest
in the flower of
the dawn.
Path
The sky opened
and began to
fall.
I stretched out
my arms
to welcome it, so
I put it on my
shoulders
to rest there.
I woke up.
I look up
and I think
sleepily:
Still, my path
leads to you Heaven.
