Iulia Gherghei
Late In Night
It is late in
another one's night
mine is full of
stars dripping tears
I will scramble
eggs for breakfast
this peticular
morning is so far but I still smell the dawn's aroma
while stars are
dripping tears effortlessly
hopes and dreams
building the ladder to the next sunshine
I hang on tight
while stars and
tears are dripping slowly on my soul…
The Night
Please, come into
the night with me
Come to ride the
midnight's darkness
to touch the
light that flows from dead stars
We live an
endless lie
a hologram put in
the scene by now dead suns
So, tell me now
How will you
define reality
How will you
define the dream
Is reality what
remains from a dead dream?!
Recently, I've
found out
that the ashes
from a dead star form a new star
that explains why
dreaming never ends
So, come into the
night with me
the next galaxy
is two dreams from here
The Dragon's Nightmare
I wish I've been
a dragon lost somewhere in a castle
I wish I've been
a dragon starring in the mirrors melting the midnight hours
with my breath
I wish I've been a dragon flying over seas
finding nest in
the princess's eye
Who else but a
dragon can fall in love
with the wrong
girl, in the worst moment
when the prince
cuts his throat mercilessly
taking the girl
as war prize
leaving the
dragon in his own black blood
missing his
flight in the princess's night
who else but a
dragon could I wish to be
To spread my death
all over the hollow hours of the midnight
